At Lenyshop, we stand behind the durability and style of our denim garments. We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your package is confirmed as delivered. This period allows you to ensure the fit and feel of our denim shirts, shorts, or dresses meet your personal standards.
02. Standards for Return Eligibility
To qualify for a successful return, your items must be maintained in their original state:
- The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All original branding tags and price labels must remain attached.
- The item must be free from any traces of wear, makeup, scents, or pet hair.
- We request that returns are shipped back in their original protective packaging.
03. Fees & Refund Guarantee
No Restocking Fees
We prioritize your experience over processing fees. Lenyshop does not charge restocking fees for any eligible returns. You are only responsible for the return shipping costs to our facility.
5-Day Refund Timeline
Once your return has been inspected and approved by our quality team, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
04. Initiating Your Return
Step 1: Email support@lenyshop.com with your order number and item details.
Step 2: Our team will provide the specific return address for our Waialua, HI warehouse.
Step 3: Ship the package using a trackable carrier. Please retain your tracking receipt until the refund is finalized.
05. Incorrect or Damaged Goods
In the rare event that you receive a defective item or a different product than what you ordered, please contact us immediately. Lenyshop will take full responsibility for the return logistics and provide an expedited replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
