DMCA Notice

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act policy ("Policy") applies to the lenyshop.com website ("Website" or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services") and outlines how Lenyshop ("Operator", "we", "us" or "our") addresses copyright infringement notifications and how you ("you" or "your") may submit a copyright infringement complaint.

3. Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, our team at the Waialua facility will take immediate action to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also make a good-faith attempt to contact the user who posted the material so that they may make a counter-notification.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to us. Your counter-notice must include your signature, identification of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

5. Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Policy or its terms relating to the Website and Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Policy on the Website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page.
