01. Cancellation Window
At Lenyshop, we aim to process and ship your denim shirts, shorts, and dresses as quickly as possible. Because our facility in Waialua, HI begins fulfillment shortly after an order is placed, there is a limited window for cancellations.
12-Hour Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. Once this period has passed or the order has been processed for shipping, we can no longer cancel it.
02. Changing Your Order
Need to update your shipping address or change a size? We will do our best to accommodate these changes if the order has not yet been handed over to our logistics partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
Please note: Size or style changes may be subject to inventory availability. If the new item you desire is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative or a cancellation within the allowed timeframe.
03. How to Request a Change
To ensure your request is seen by our team immediately, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to support@lenyshop.com.
2. Use the subject line: URGENT: Cancel Order [Your Order Number] or URGENT: Change Order [Your Order Number].
3. Clearly state the changes you wish to make.
04. Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped from our Hawaii warehouse, we cannot stop the delivery process. In this case, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and then follow our Return Policy to send the item back for a refund.
Please remember that original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders that were shipped before a cancellation request was received.
05. Refund Processing
For all successfully cancelled orders, your refund will be processed immediately. As per our Refund Policy, please allow 5 business days for the funds to return to your original payment method.
