01. Our Refund Promise
At Lenyshop, we are committed to a transparent financial relationship with our customers. If you are not satisfied with your denim apparel and choose to return it under our 30-day policy, we guarantee a professional and prompt reimbursement process. Our goal is to ensure that your trust in our brand is maintained, even when a product doesn't work out.
02. Processing Timelines
We understand that waiting for a refund can be frustrating. That is why we have established a strict internal deadline for all financial returns.
5-Business Day Guarantee
Once your returned denim shirt, short, or dress has been received at our Hawaii warehouse and inspected for quality, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive an automated email notification the moment the refund is issued from our system.
Please note that while our action is completed within 5 days, it may take your bank or credit card issuer an additional 3-10 business days to reflect the credit on your account statement.
03. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted for items returned in their original, sellable condition. This includes being unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. If an item is returned and found to be damaged by the customer or missing original brand identifiers, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or refuse the refund entirely.
04. Fees & Deductions
No Restocking Fees
Lenyshop does not believe in hidden costs. We do not charge any restocking fees for processed refunds. You will receive the full purchase price of the items back to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs ($6.99) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the refund is due to a defective product or a shipping error caused by Lenyshop.
05. Methods of Reimbursement
To ensure security and prevent fraud, all refunds must be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout. If you used a credit card, the refund will go to that card. If you used PayPal, the funds will be returned to your PayPal balance. We cannot issue refunds to alternative bank accounts or different individuals.
06. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days of our confirmation email, please follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lenyshop.com.
07. Final Sale Items
Only regular-priced and standard sale items may be refunded. Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
